Pharmaceutical giant and pandemic profiteer Pfizer may FINALLY be held accountable for their lies surrounding the COVID vaccine thanks to one very important new lawsuit.
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton launched the legal action against Pfizer, accusing the company of HEAVILY deceptive practices related to their COVID jab.
Paxton’s lawsuit alleges that Pfizer intentionally misrepresented the vaccine’s efficacy by claiming that their injection was 95% effective, adding that they then shut down any public debate that sought to expose this number as false.
Other lies peddled by Pfizer surrounded the amount of time that the vaccine offered “protection” for and their refusal to disclose information that suggested the injections weren’t nearly as useful as they claimed.
On top of that was one of their biggest lies, which saw them state that their vaccine prevents transmission of the virus – EVEN THOUGH THEY NEVER EVEN TESTED WHETHER OR NOT THAT WAS TRUE!
Paxton said in a statement that, “…Pfizer fostered a misleading impression that vaccine protection was durable and withheld from the public information that undermined its claims about the duration of protection. And, despite the fact that its clinical trial failed to measure whether the vaccine protects against transmission, Pfizer embarked on a campaign to intimate the public into getting the vaccine as a necessary measure to protect their loved ones.”
In the lawsuit, he notes how the power-crazed pharma giant silenced criticism of their failed vaccine.
“How did Pfizer respond when it became apparent that its vaccine was failing and the viability of its cash cow under threat? By intimidating those spreading the truth, and by conspiring to censor the vaccine’s critics. Pfizer labeled as “criminals” those who spread facts about the vaccine. It accused them of spreading “misinformation.” And it coerced social media platforms to silence prominent truth-tellers,” the lawsuit reads in part.
All of this, according to the Texas AG, means that Pfizer is guilty of violating the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act through “false, deceptive, and misleading acts and practices.”
“We are pursuing justice for the people of Texas,” Paxton stated. “Many were coerced by tyrannical vaccine mandates to take a product that was sold based on lies.”
“The Biden Administration may have weaponized the pandemic to force public health decrees and enrich big pharma, but my office will use every tool available to protect our citizens who were misled and harmed by Pfizer’s actions.”
While it’s hard to imagine how a pharmaceutical behemoth like Pfizer could ever be held accountable given they have entire governments in their pocket, Paxton may be one of the few individuals who can actually make it happen.
The Texas AG has a history of investigating Pfizer and other vaccine manufacturers, indicating a willingness to butt heads with these major corporations.
Back in May, Paxton announced that his office would launch an investigation against three major pharmaceutical companies – Pfizer, Moderna, and Johnson & Johnson – similarly for deceptive practices.
He said in a news release at the time that his office would look into whether or not “profit motive or political pressure” played a role in any “pandemic interventions forced on the public.”
“The development of the Covid-19 vaccine, and the representations made by and knowledge of Pfizer, Moderna, and Johnson & Johnson, are of profound interest to the public’s health and welfare. This investigation aims to discover the truth,” said Paxton.
Well it sems in the case of Pfizer, at least, Paxton’s office HAS uncovered the truth and the lawsuit now hopes to make them pay for what they’ve done!
How many have died world wide as a result of these misrepresentations and intimidations. Many in our government are equally guilty in this matter. Look at all of the government lock downs and accusations made against those who refused to take “the jab”. Look at all those in our government – like Nancy Pelosi who raked in huge profits insider trading Pharma stocks during that time. When the truth finally does come out it will make the Nuremberg Trials look like an “inquiry”. It’s not just Texas or even the U.S. for that matter, the entire world has been affected and the entire world demands answers – and truthful answers not propaganda.

I have been vaccine injured since early March of 2021 and no one had any idea to treat it…..so I had to come up with my own protocol to treat myself! Thankfully I’ve had some success and do feel better! However, it’s taken about 2+ years to do so!

This is all for show. Do you really believe Texas really cares? Then answer this, why are private companies in Texas still mandating this BS vaccine in your Arm. Example, Wallgrerns, CVS, Sagora, 12 Oaks, ect. I can go on and on. But yet, Texas does nothing but spew lies about how, “no Texan will be forced to get the jab.” And that is what Abbott said during and after his campaign. What a joke! My wife is now critically ill and there is nothing I can do about it but watch her die…! Texas sucks! Democrats and Republicans suck…!
With the DOJ ,FBI, Congress President , Lobbyist et al on the side of this issue it will be very difficult to see any progress or results until 2060 or later .Hell ! We probably won’t be a Nation by then !
The big pharma should have to pay big bucks to ALL the people they intentionally harmed and killed with their poison jabs, and Fauci, Gates and Biden should be held accountable as well! They should be charged with crimes against humanity and mass murder! Gate’s notion of “ culling the population” should be considered a war crime, and punished accordingly! Who the hell is he to determine who should live or die? He should be the FIRST to be culled!

I certainly hope that the AG makes this stick. I personally did not get the shots. I treated with my own immune system but my offspring had to get shots. (Thank you government).
The government made sure these companies were protected from any law suits because there wasn’t enough time to ensure anything. Fauci, souposedly the expert, should be sued for all his lies, many deaths were his fault.
