President Trump spoke at a massive rally in Florence, South Carolina over the weekend. He’s sounding more and more like a 2024 presidential candidate every time he comes out in public. The crowd was, as always, massive. People are suffering so badly from the corrupt Biden regime’s destruction of the economy that they are longing for America’s greatest economic president to get back into the office that he legitimately won a second time in 2020.
And here’s some great news: Trump is saying exactly the things that I needed to hear from him in regard to cleaning house when he gets back in. He wants to fire a bunch of hacks when he gets back in.
One of the things that has become crystal clear in the “Age of Trump” (2015 through today) is that many of our so-called “elites” and “experts” who work for permanent Washington are not very elite and they don’t have any expertise. They suck at their jobs. Badly.
They live in the DC beltway which voted 96% for Hillary Clinton and Joe Biden, drawing six-figure taxpayer funded salaries, and have no idea what the real world is like. It’s one of the most dysfunctional and corrupt systems we’ve seen in our lifetimes. Trump exposed their corruption and ineptitude, which is why they hate him so much. But after Trump left office, they really decided to prove Trump correct by wrecking everything they touch.
Author and political activist Julia Song sent out a tweet about this that went viral earlier this month:
“S**t is so fake that the minute an outsider [Trump] took office we got cheap gas, cheap food, became energy independent, no wars and focused on our country’s own interests. Establishment hacks get back in and we have inflation, medical tyranny, world war 3, need to take a mortgage to get gas.”
The hacks in control of the government right now are doing a bang-up job at wrecking millions of lives. It’s painful and we’re all feeling it. Fortunately, President Trump sounds like he plans to make his signature “You’re fired!” phrase extremely popular once he gets back into office.
At his rally this weekend, Trump blamed the establishment hacks in the State Department for allowing Russia to invade Ukraine – which is exactly what they did. Trump said we have to “clean out the rot of our failed foreign policy establishment – it is indeed rotten to the core – before these total lunatics lead us down the path of national ruin and World War III.”
Trump’s foreign policy and leadership were so masterful that he managed to cool Russian aggression off for four years. It was pretty amazing, actually. Putin would have invaded Ukraine immediately in 2017 if Hillary Clinton had defeated Trump. But with Trump in office, Putin had assurances that the US would not be trying to bring Ukraine into NATO.
As soon as Joe Biden’s fake inauguration-behind-razor-wire-and-10,000-troops happened, the hacks at the State Department instantly started talking about bringing Ukraine into NATO. Does anyone know how that worked out, by the way?
When he gets back into office, here’s hoping that Trump does manage to fire them. Fire them all! Take a blowtorch to the building and salt the ashes. If our foreign policy experts are such experts, why was Donald Trump able to so easily keep Putin in check for four years? And why was Donald Trump the first president since the 1950s to get North Korea to at least start the process of bargaining for peace? Let’s see the “experts” try to pull those things off.
Furthermore, Trump says he wants to change the rules in DC so that the head of the Executive branch – the President – can fire any employee in the Executive branch. Think about that for a moment. The boss of the entire branch can’t fire any of the worst employees working in that branch.
There are 22 federal agencies in the Executive branch, but because of public sector labor union rules, the President of the United States can’t fire any of the hacks. Their jobs are totally protected, even if they are abject failures who can’t do their jobs and who hate America. The Executive branch is like a giant public school.
If Trump wants to get back into office and start firing wide swaths of the corrupt bureaucracy, that’s it. He has my vote. (Not that he didn’t have it.) This needs to happen. Talk about draining the swamp!
