The former Deputy Director of the Milwaukee Election Commission was found guilty in a criminal trial this week for her efforts to expose a loophole that allows fraud with military ballots to easily take place in her state. Meanwhile, an attorney in Washington, DC was “disappeared” by the US Marshals after she turned over evidence to law enforcement proving that Dominion Voting Systems machines facilitated foreign interference in the 2020 election.
We’ve talked about Kimberly Zapata’s case in Wisconsin previously here. Even though she is a Democrat, she worked to expose a major loophole in Wisconsin’s election systems. Using nothing more than the Wisconsin Election Commission’s website, Zapata was able to create three “legitimate” military ballots out of thin air, without voter ID or even any verification that these were registered voters. She had the three fake ballots addressed to a fictitious person named “Holly” at the home address of State Rep. Janel Brandtjen (R-Menomonee Falls).
Zapata sent those ballots to a Republican in the legislature because she knew that they would not be fraudulently cast in the 2022 midterms that way. She did this entirely as a whistleblower to prove that election fraud was happening in Wisconsin, and that it was extremely easy to commit.
For doing that, the Democrat Party machine in Milwaukee arrested her, put her on trial, and found her guilty of election fraud this week. Let that sink in. A Democrat whistleblower who exposed a massive election vulnerability that was allowing her party to cheat in elections will now be going to prison as an election fraudster. In case you ever feel like giving the Democrats the benefit of the doubt on this issue.
Milwaukee Mayor Cavalier Johnson, a Democrat, stated, “At a time when election officials are subjected to false accusations and harassment, it is essential they act with the highest integrity. That is a standard Milwaukee will maintain.”
Yeah! By jailing people who expose election fraud that they claim doesn’t exist!
The case in Washington, DC is even more strange. Stefanie Lambert is a Michigan attorney who represents former Overstock CEO Patrick Byrne. Out of all the figures alleging 2020 election fraud, Byrne is the one that we’ve paid the least amount of attention to over the years. Most of his claims are not credible and he’s not really helping the cause.
Anyway, Byrne is being sued for defamation by Dominion Voting Systems, and Ms. Lambert is representing him. At some point very recently, Lambert came into possession of internal communications from Dominion from the 2020 election. Believing that those documents constituted proof of a major crime, Lambert turned them over to Barry County Sheriff Dar Leaf in Michigan.
Sheriff Leaf has not been quiet about the evidence that Lambert turned over to him. He sent a letter to Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) from the House Judiciary Committee stating that he now has evidence of foreign election interference in 2020 involving voting machines. Here’s a snippet from that letter:
“I have evidence in my file of Serbian foreign nationals entering our election system while the votes were being counted, and prior to certification. The election vendor, Dominion, hired these Serbian employees and disclosed in emails that they are not able to provide backgrounds on these individuals due to law in Serbia. It has only been a mere 25 years since conflict involving Serbia. Therefore, the United States has allowed a scenario where potentially Serbian military criminals are running our elections and remotely entering our election equipment.”
Ms. Lambert attended a court hearing in DC for Byrne’s defamation case on Monday. At the end of the hearing, the judge asked her to stay behind while the other attorneys filed out of the courtroom. Once everyone else was out of the room, US Marshals surged inside. Neither the Marshals nor Ms. Lambert came back out of the courtroom’s main doors. They “disappeared” her, although she is still alive.
Lambert was arrested in DC for turning over “confidential” Dominion documents to Sheriff Leaf. As soon as she got back to Michigan on Wednesday, the state police arrested her again for “tampering” with the 2020 election. Like President Trump, she suddenly finds herself facing state and federal charges for questioning the 2020 election.
We all know that neither one of these women would have ever been arrested if they were claiming that our elections are safe and secure. But for investigating valid election fraud crimes, they’re both likely going to end up in prison now. This is just a small snapshot of what a potential second Joe Biden term in office will look like.

Only verified legal voters with proper identification should be allowed to vote. Mailed in ballots should require identification measures as well. It is easy to verify identities for voting, what is hard is finding enough people that care and that are willing to do the right thing even when it isn’t a “law”. Democrats are willing to break the law to do the wrong thing, like cheat in an election (as an absolute hypothetical of course -wink, wink). Are we willing to break the law to do the right thing? IF so, it is simple, become a poll worker and require identification prior to voting. AND remind everyone, not just certain people, but everyone, that you MUST be a citizen to vote, or you are committing a crime! AND when we vote, we should always, always, always present id. A passport is best because it shows that you are a US citizen. Even if the person says, “OH no we don’t require id to vote.” You say, “I do!”
